In our opinion, you could not do much worse than to retain the services of Justin Bock as your real estate agent. Mr. Bock was the seller's agent but from the purchaser's position, he is the most unprofessional, inattentive, unresponsive, uncooperative and frustrating agent we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Once he had sold the property, that seemed to be the end of his involvement. Despite our agent’s multitude of attempts to contact him via text, email and phone, Mr. Bock’s responses were infrequent, brief and generally unhelpful, if he responded at all. He also seemed to have no influence over his selling clients, or he just could not be bothered to contact them, and a number of our concerns had to be dealt with through the lawyers because Mr. Bock had seemingly removed himself from any after-sale obligations. Do yourself a favour and use anyone else as your agent. If nothing else, the seller/purchaser on the other end of your transaction will thank you for it.
