Don't waste your time with this clown. He talks a big game but does not follow through. He lies constantly and will say whatever he needs to in order to get his cheque. His communication skills are poor, giving you little notice of his visits or potential buyer visits. Tells you something will happen on a specific date but there is always a "miscommunication". He will try to entice you with lower commission rates but the headache that comes a long with it is not worth it. I guess you pay for what you get.
