I would very much recommend Kai Huculak. He went way above and beyond for us. We relocated to Nanaimo and he helped us with everything from insurance, lawyer recommendations even restaurants. Kai was very willing to do what he could even though we were not in the market for anything in the high priced market. It was nice to find someone that treats you the same as someone who would be spending millions and we have worked with a lot of agents in years past. Thank you Kai
