Couple times where we had personal issues or a family member in need of help, she would always reach out to us offering her sincere support. - Personality: A confidence inspiring and winning personality with an amazing attitude. She would always step into our shoes as FTHB and provide us with insight and advice. Her honesty is top notch! - No pressure: Not once during the home buying process were we pressurised to close a deal. To put in better words, it took us almost a full year to get our first home. Countless properties viewed within the year, since we were chasing a unicorn, but not once we felt the pressure to close on a house until we ourselves were happy with what we were looking at. - Organised and prepared: We found Kaila to be absolutely organised in terms of viewings and the listing documents. She even provided us with snacks and water if we were to view 5+ properties in a day. She is always prepared, letting you know the interesting quirks and features of the property you’re viewing, things to be aware of such as damages and any other additional expenses that you might encounter. - Market awareness: Kaila is prompt with stats and figures of the current housing market, helping you with negotiating and ensuring you don’t lose out on a deal.
