Kaila has been exceptional she really assisted us in getting right down to business when we 1st required someone to negotiate with a selling realtor with a property that required alot of work and within under 15 min we had it settled to no longer waste our time on the property and we were already looking at another property and had an offer in on a multiple offer situation. Even though we did win and we ended up having to cancel due to discovery of serious foundation issues she saved us literally days from the time of us getting the accepted offer and trades in to the cancellation of the deal and we were back on the search again.
