I wholeheartedly recommend Kandas. It had been some time since I had last sold a property and things have changed a great deal. Kandas lead us through the process of doing a "917" sale and got the house on the market and sold with seamless efficiency. But she went far beyond simply selling the house. She gave us invaluable advise on lawyers, inspectors, and all the other small details involved in clearing a house. Being out of province, we had to have an agent we could absolutely trust, and I came to trust Kandas completely. Thank you, Kandas!
