I found Kandas by fluke and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is super knowledgeable and professional, managed our expectations with selling our house, kept us off the "ledge" so to speak and was very straight forward with us. I could not have asked for a better realtor and will be using her again to sell another property of mine.
