Kandas is a very personable and down to earth person. She tells it like she sees it. We were selling a condo in a tough market and I felt she was not as aggressive as she could have been with sales promotion. On the flip side she know the market well and uses technology to her clients benefit. Her after market care and help with understanding mortgage and lawyers was very helpful.
