I first began my mortgage renewal process with the bank I have been dealing with for over 25years. Karen came highly recommended from a colleague at work so I thought I would give her a call and see how things could be different with a broker. The dialogue we had at the onset was spot on and she offered advice on how to reduce the amortization of our mortgage by YEARS! This was never a conversation had or was offered by my bank representative. Needless to say, I went with Karen and I honestly cannot say I will ever go back to a traditional bank for my mortgage.
