Karen was extremely helpful. We as the seller didn’t have to do anything other than sign documents. Nice that she used Docusign for me as I live out of town. Karen provided a to do list prior to selling, which was so helpful and reduced our (the seller) stress. She also provided a to do list after the house sold. Again very helpful. Karen always kept us informed of showing dates and times and a reviews of the house from the potential buyers. She was always open and honest regarding the selling of my parent’s property. Karen was very professional in the job and her knowledge of the housing situation in Woodstock was beneficial to us as the sellers . I have learned a lot from Karen and her compassion of our situation was noticed. I thank her for all she did to help sell this property. I couldn’t be more happier with the service we received.
