Karen is incredible! The most amazing thing is her follow up and deficstion to her clients. You don’t buy or sell a house every day so usually working with an agent is a great deal of contact duting the transaction and it could be years before another one. Karen doesnt work like that. She cares about her clients long after the deal is done. She connects multiple times a year just to check in and provide tips on decorating, market conditions, estate planning, etc. Karen has a whole network of resources at her disposal and we’ve reached out to her long after our deal closed simply because we trust her. So, when I hear my friends or family talk about buying or selling, I always say to go talk with Karen. I know she’ll be the first call we make! Karen truly understands the client experience, and ours was out of this world!!
