Karen was amazing. I messaged her on a Thursday evening after going to an open house and not even expecting to be in the buyer's marker yet. She got back to me quickly and got to work! With her knowledge and guidance, I had an accepted offer day later! Three weeks after our initial contact, I am now in my new house! :) She made the process smooth and easy and I could not have asked for a better experience! The only downside was that due to her amazing work, our working relationship was short-lived, I would have loved to work with her further but am so happy with the outcome and it would not have been possible without her!
