We have been trying to sell over a few years with no success. We found a realtor last fall while we were looking for a house to buy. The realtor that we spoke to offered to sell ours. We were duped again and took it off the market. Spring came around and we said to ourselves that we would try one more time. Our adult children mentioned Karen Syroid. I had no idea who that was and decided to reach out to her. Karen came out and we had a long chat and she wanted to to do a walk through inside and out. Karen sat us back down and suggested what she would like to see done. I reluctantly did what she suggested, I wasn’t too happy with her comments but said okay. She sent us a video after the photos were taken. The video she sent us was one of a kind that I have never seen before. She does her homework and the storyline is very down to earth. After watching it I felt like I wanted to buy it. The house sold after 4 days of the sign going up. I was simply amazed.
