Terrible. Her only advice was to lower the price in order to sell despite our selling price being completely reasonable compared to other listings. Almost no effort made on her part to sell the house. She did not even put a for sale sign on property until 3 weeks after listing. She was always late to meetings and wanted to gossip and talk about her life. She did not advocate on our behalf when an offer was made, she would push us to agree to the terms of the potential buyer. I think she lied to us about her amount of real estate experience because she couldn't answer simple questions and gave very poor information.
