Karlee Wick was a fabulous realtor, I used her to sell and to buy, and she blew me out of the park, For my property, She sold it above asking, within 48 hours, it was easy, painless and better than I could have hoped for. If you are looking for someone who will give you the honest truth, and bring the buyers to you and make sure you are happy in the sale of your property, then she's your lady. She was not pushy, she gave me hours and hours of her time looking at endless properties. Even ones that didn't fit my list but I wanted to see to make sure I was getting into something perfect. She worked on her holidays, and while she had a sick kid to make sure it was all going smoothly. I never felt like a bother even if I probably was! She knew the area, she was a pleasure to get to know, and I will recommend her time and time again. Not only is she the most polite funniest ladies Ive met. She's one hell of a realtor.
