Kash Aujla is the most dishonest, incompetent, avaricious realtor I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Mr. Kash cares only for "cash," and little about his trade. I should have went with my instincts because when I first laid eyes on him, he gave off an ominous vibe. He backed me into a corner and pushed me into selling to his customer, which I was not comfortable doing as she asked for too far below list price.
