My partner and I were interested in looking for properties in and around the Peterborough area. She gave us lots of options and encouraged us to look at homes outside of our scope in order to broaden our horizons on possibilities. She always took the time to keep us updated on how things were progressing during the purchase of our home, and never once made us feel dumb for not knowing something. Kat walked us through every part of the process and explained how everything worked, every little detail, and was an excellent liaison when issues did arise. She is not only a trusted realtor, but she is a wonderful friend.
