Being a first time home buyer in the current economic climate is overwhelming and frankly quite scary a lot of the time. When we were finally ready to find a realtor we were a little apprehensive but the instant we found Kat our worries melted away. From the start Kat was personable, professional, blisteringly quick to reply, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us every step of the way, worked hard to find what we were looking for, and never made us feel out of our depth or silly for asking questions. Even after closing the sale she still helped us with a few things and is the type of person anyone would be privileged to know in any capacity. I cannot recommend her highly enough, especially if you're looking for someone who cares deeply about what they do and cares just as much about the people involved.
