She helped me negotiate an offer; there was some back-and-forth and some last-minute shenanigans with the seller, and I was so thankful she was there with me because her guidance probably kept me from pulling my hair out! The most impressive thing about Kate was how crazy responsive she was! I saw a new listing while on my night shift and fired off an email to Kate at around 3 AM. By literally 6:30 AM, she'd replied saying she'd book a viewing ASAP, and we saw the place the next day! We were among the first to view it (the first viewer beat us by like 10 minutes) and the first to make an offer. The place I found was a real gem, and if it wasn't for Kate moving so quickly, I'm sure I would have missed out!
