Kate helped us snag an amazing house in an absolute terrible market! She worked fast to get us in to look at houses right away so we could have as much time as possible to think and prepare an offer before offer day. She was also very knowledgable when looking at houses and had a great eye, pointing out little things that we would've never thought of! She has a group of other professionals that she was able to refer us to as well to help complete the purchase of our home (lawyers, inspectors, etc). Overall we had an amazing experience working with Kate, we hope to never need to move again but if we do we will for sure be contacting her!
