Kate and her team were more than great! They came up with a great strategy to great competion for my former property , which was not in the greatest shape. Also through out the duration of the listing they would always give feed back from the showings wether it be positive or not. I could go on about how great they were, really! So good they got me well over asking on a slower market with higher interest rates. I would recommend Kate and her to anyone!
