Perhaps a unconventional review but this sale was an emotional one for our family. Kate (especially) and her team were respectful, caring and supportive preparing for the sale of my recently deceased sister's home. It was a difficult and stressful process for the entire family, the majority of us live out of town so some of our tasks were slow and difficult to complete. Never felt pressured or rushed. Kate and her team went above and beyond to help us, they even went to water the new layed sod daily! Her knowledge of the market paid off, had an offer the first day with the price we hoped for. Thank you for everything Kate and team. TO NOTE: Kate had actually sold my sisters previous home and helped her purchase this home 8 years ago. It was one of my sisters wishes that Kate was to sell this house.
