We are very grateful to have been referred to realtor Katherine Sweet from Roach Realty Group. She sold our Mom’s home during a very challenging market. Katherine was knowledgeable, kind, approachable, engaged, and always keeping us informed, while providing expert advice. She worked hard on our Mom’s behalf in many ways - for example she hosted two open houses and reached out get feedback from those who were given showings. Katherine went beyond the call of duty often and was available to meet our Mom in person as needed. She also sent our Mom flowers when she moved to her new residence and created a memory book of Mom’s home. Katherine is a conscientious hard worker and we highly recommend her. Thank you Katherine!
