Kathy was very gentle and attentive to my mom ( 92) who was selling the house.She was very respectful. Kathy knew that it was difficult and emotional to sell the family home so was very sensitive about the way in which the house would be sold For example Kathy knew mom would not like an open house so she did not have one. Kathy was very patient with the signing of all the paperwork and came to my mom in her own environment which made mom feel very comfortable. It was an excellent experience working with Kathy and we would do it again in a heartbeat Kathy was available by phone or text when we had questions or concerns and went above and beyond helping getting the house ready to sell.
