Kathy showed us a property a year before - we contacted her a year later and it had just sold but she had another for us to see- honestly it was a bit of a nail biter as my condo didn’t sell as quick as I thought it would but thankfully she got us an extension- I think she honestly knew how much we wanted to be here and helped make it happen / Kathy was the best, knowledgeable, professional and not pushy / I’m thankful every day for her and being in this beautiful home I love / highly recommend!
