We have used Kathy for 2 sales and 2 purchases over the last 20 years or so. When my mother owned a triplex and was unsure what to charge for rent Kathy gave us advice with no compensation. Kathy has also shown us many, many homes when we were 'thinking' of buying, but not committed. As long as she remains in the business we will always use her. Kathy is an excellent and knowledgeable real estate agent/broker.
