Kathy has been highly professional throughout the entire process. She initially provided detailed market analysis which helped set the initial listing price. Open house feedback suggested an adjustment to that price. The new price led to new offers which Kathy helped us to evaluate. Some were rejected. One offer was interesting and we had Kathy negotiate a revised offer which ultimately led to the acceptance of an offer at the full revised price. This offer was ultimately firmed with a closing date set for January 2026. Kathy has since continued to keep in contact with us. All in all we’ve enjoyed our relationship which has been stress free and enjoyable.
