I was interested in a particular house and emailed the listing agent. She sent Kayla as she could not help me as a buyer. It appreciated the ethics used here. Kayla was very personable and she 'got me'. She was very empathetic in to my difficult situation and did everything she could to help find a house quickly. I was demanding with what I wanted to see and difficult at times. I was emotional. She dealt with all of it like a champ! In the end I purchased the original house I called about, 5 doors down from my daughter where I wanted to be. Kayla was helpful in finding contractors for work after the purchase. She knows them all. When I am ready to sell my current house I will definitely be using Kayla. She is good people!
