Never saw Keenan after our initial meeting. All unit showings were handled by his associate. Never suggested an open house the entire time our unit was for sale. On our final showing, his associate called 1/2 hour before potential buyer arrived and said he couldn't make it. Asked us to show the unit for him. Horrible.
