Wow! Kelly surpassed all expectations I had for her knowledge and no BS attitude. Although her personality can probably be taken the wrong way by some, I’m so glad we trusted her with the purchase of our home. We ended up having to resort to a virtual purchase, and although less than ideal, I put my trust and faith in Kelly and she came through for us 100%. She helped me get a feel for an unknown city, guided me away from areas I certainly would have regretted, and found us the perfect home for our family. It wasn’t easy, we even forced her to gain more confidence with virtual tours and electronic documents due to our situation, but she was willing to learn and help us in every way she could.
