Kelly was recommended by a friend that had a successful purchase through her. I’m military and even before I arrived in Winnipeg, Kelly wanted to know the type of house/neighborhood I wanted, and was always available by phone, email or text. Once I arrived, we had our first meeting and started right away looking at houses from a list she had developped as well as the houses I wanted to look at. Even though I had 5 days to look at houses, I managed to find and close on the perfect house I wanted on the first day. She was brutally honest in her observations of the houses, and provided feedback all along which led to my decision. Another key aspect that I liked from Kelly is her vast circle of friends in the industry that led to having a home inspection completed ASAP, provided recommendations for contractors, landscapers and other providers in the local area. She is always available to answer any questions, even post-closing and I will certainly use her when the time comes to sell. I don’t think you can do better than Kelly.
