Kelly is simply Amazing. Upon initial introduction she declared she was "old school", hands on approach. We appreciated her direct approach, because, we as a couple are traditional as well. Kelly has a solid understanding of the dynamic market conditions as they change almost daily. Kelley & her hubby work together pointing out features & benefits of the property in question. Jeff has a good understanding of advantages or faults of a residential property, being a builder, owner & renovator. For example we were concerned about an electric service from Mb Hydro being too close to an elevated deck, which Jeff confirmed. The "hot" service was too low to the deck, which could've been a threat to safety for our family. Kelly steered us away from a few "total reno's" because of the potential of prohibitive cost upgrades & safety issues, for which we are thankful. Although we could, ourselves identify some issues, Kelly & Jeff were able to confirm our concerns directly, while pointing out other potential issues. Thereby saving ourselves considerable grief & cost. Kelly stayed with us, and had our best interests at heart when considering properties as we have 3 energetic boys under 12. Kelly wouldn't let us lose the offer on our home for 5k, as had previously happened to us a year before our successful offer.
