Outstanding service! Three owners...two in Calgary and one in Ottawa. Clear, precise and not a minute wasted. Every question was answered immediately ie; history of sales in area; comparisons; market economy; needs that we had to address to sell....documents...condo requirements; choice of lawyers down the road. Dialogue and choices of what the price should be settled at arrived at satisfactorily. Condo went on market one day and sold two days later! Kelly stuck right with us leading us to take care of hydro bills and close down billing of all utilities and fees. She is truly a leader in the real estate world! Truly a gem...Thanks to Kelly all went much smoother than ever thought possible!
