The whole transaction was incredibly easy! Since it was a presale, we were allowed to come to the sales office and look over the site plan, so we could better choose our unit and or any other add ons available. Once deciding, we signed the paperwork and that was it. From presale to final occupancy went without any problems. Thank you!
