Kelsey is great with first time buyers like us! I’m sure she would be great with any real estate transaction too. For us she was so pivotal in getting our place because of how quick she is to get everything organized and what levers to pull to get the offer accepted. We were able to get a showing, put in an offer and get it accepted in 48 hours of a listing on the market at asking price. If we couldn’t move at that speed we would have lost the house and probably would have to bid over asking. She was so patient as well as I asked her the same question 5 times while having a Jennifer Lawrence on hot ones level meltdown over the closing process.
