This company will give apartments to illegal immigrants because it's in the middle of a terrible neighborhood in San Bernardino. They never fix repairs. The gate to the property is always broken, so looting is always a problem. The homeless rummage through the large dumpster outside. The neighbors don't watch their kids, so the kids are always load and are always running around the parking lot like it's a playground. It's very unsafe. You can complain, but Aracelli and whatever placid receptionist they have sitting in the office will never anser your calls. Once you pay the rent, they don't expect to hear from you again, as if the property is good enough and doesn't need any looking after or due diligence. This company will not look after you after the initial contact. They'll ghost you if you ever try to confront them on issues with their properties. They're extremely partial to Hispanics, as well.
