We initially contacted Ken because we were impressed with the quality of information he presented on his Midhurst FB group. We talked in the phone a couple of times and Later got together to discuss our listing. He didn’t say one negative thing about our home, offered us the services of a stager for free, and boom…the house sold 4 days after we went on the market, at well above asking! He helped us buy our next home a few days later, and even gave up a couple of hours on his Sunday off to take us through the that home which we bought the next day!
