Keri is very knowledgeable, calm and focused. She was always able to point out things to us in properties to consider, even though my husbands a tradesman and we’ve done lots of renovating, she still pointed out problems we didn’t catch, solutions for spaces we couldn’t figure out a plan for, estimates for renovations we’ve never done before and I just so appreciated that. We entered the market at a really hard time, tight on budget, finances were stretched, leaving a house we loved, sale prices were declining and rates increasing, so everything was incredibly stressful. I think it was the most stressful time of my life for a lot of personal reasons and Keri just took it all on her shoulders, she calmed my stress, provided so much counsel, I truly couldn’t have faced it without her. Just her being a fellow parent was so nice, she easily understood what it meant to sell, pack, shop all with a kid. So it wasn’t an easy process for me but Keri was a shoulder, a guide, she pushed us forward to get to our goals utilizing her expertise and patience. We’re now happy in a new home, settled and much less stressed.
