For anyone reading this, please bear with me as this review is long but I felt it necessary to explain a little about me to bring more weight to the review. I went to Google like anyone who doesn't have a "person" and found Keri on "Rate-My-Agent" because she had excellent reviews. With a baby on the way and this being my first house, I was leery and protective. I thought I would be able to do this without a real estate agent, boy was I wrong. I have expectations, don't deal with bull**** and tend to be very critical when a service provider doesn't have my interests in mind (Just ask my bank). Keri would never think I could be an ***hole because she never got that side of me. I can't think of one time when purchasing the home when she wasn't stellar. I can't even think of one complaint. She was ALWAYS tentative and honest, with my interest at the forefront. IF she didn't answer the phone immediately then she would send a text saying she was busy and would get back to me shortly. All my questions and concerns were addressed and any issues I had were taken seriously. Keri was very knowledgeable and was someone I could lean on during this experience. I never felt insecure about the advice she gave because it was always sound. She was down to earth and always willing to tell me if I was wrong. I will be calling no one else and have found a "person" in my future real estate endeavours. She has already been recommended to my friends and family. I truly lucked out and it would be a poor decision for anyone to not contact Keri. She deserves any business that goes her way.
