Kerry was patient with me and very accommodating. He is also knowledgeable when it comes to potential major issues with homes, like foundation work and collapsing roofs, that may need to be addressed. This was a major point of emphasis for me, nobody wants to buy a home and then realize they need to burn through cashflow fixing major problems. He was also diligent in following up with the seller’s agent, when questions needed answering. I highly recommend Kerry for anyone that wants peace of mind when purchasing their first home!
