Kevin is funny and knowledgeable and, most importantly to me, honest. He was always available if needed and his response time to texts was always reasonable. His communication through the whole process was amazing. It surprised me how often Kevin was able to point out little things that I wouldn't even think to look for. His knowledge of condo boards and things to look for specifically with condo properties was very helpful. I'd recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a realtor.10/10, would hire again!
