Kevin was great to work with, and I will tell my family and friends who need a realtor in the future to absolutely give him a call. My husband and I were shopping for our first home, and happened to meet Kevin at an open house. He started offering us a plethora of useful information about the market and things to be watchful for in the neighbourhoods that we told him we were interested in. We figured if this guy has that much free good advice just in a quick chat with an open house visitor, he must be quite helpful when you're actually working with him. And he was! Kevin taught us everything we needed to be looking for and helped us on our search without any pressure to buy quickly. He was able to answer any and all questions (even if they were sort of outside of his scope), or helped us find someone who could. 10/10 experience, hands down.
