Kevin (and Amber)was the best agent we could have had. We moved from Ontario, sight unseen. We used kevin as our eyes and ears. He did our walking and talking and really went to bat for us, including traveling 3.5hours from Saskatoon to the house. We got the house we wanted and the best price we could have gotten (thanks to Kevin). It's been 2 years and we still love our house, location and this province and its all because he went the extra mile. Kevin had since become a friends to the family and we chat through email and text on a regular basis. We highly recommend Kevin and Amber to anyone wanting to buy or sell from anywhere. You want it the go the extra mile to get it!!!!
