It was such a pleasure working with Kevin. I found him on a whim becuase he seemed different - grounded, funny- than the other agents I'd spoken to. Turned out intuition is a good thing, and Kevin turned out to be not only grounded and funny, but really knowledgable, thoughtful, very responsive, honest, and caring. He was responsive and worked until midnight at times to get the deal moving forward. I was purchasing a home from out of province and he would be on the phone and texting to have details sorted in a thorough manner that was sensitive to my schedule and time zone but balanced with getting things done to get the best deal. He is also very ethically minded and that was really important for me. Making sure that everythingwas legal every step of the way, and checking in not only with me but also brokers, lawyers, and even bringing in an electrician to make sure things were done properly and would benefit me as the buyer. Kevin is charming and sweet, and very easy to chat with. His advice was super helpful all along the way. He is knowledgeable about the areas and the things to look out for in older homes, but he also is willing to listen and consult with others to get a better picture of things. I really value this and am very thankful of this as it helped us close on the property we wanted and make a decision we feel good about.
