Kevin is awesome to deal with, responds quick and answers all our questions as quick as he can. Kept us in the loop the whole time and gave us all the advice about prepping our home for sale so we'll that by time we were ready we listed and sold in less then 6 hours, within 24 of our offer being accepted on a house to buy.
