Kevin was recommended to me by a friend of mine, who had worked with him previously. We chatted a bit over text first, then met at his office to sit down and figure out what I was looking for. I was immediately taken with Kevin's friendliness. He welcomed me to the office, made me feel at home, and we got to work. But rather than feeling like an interview trying to prod information from me, it felt like a conversation, a couple of people getting to know each other. He quickly determined the sort of home I was looking for, and put together a set of alerts for me. Once I found some properties that piqued my interest, Kevin went above and beyond to work around my schedule to see these places. He pointed out potential issues, and shared my excitement at things that caught my eye. I quickly grew to trust his insights, and it made looking at places very smooth. As we worked through the list, and I found a place that "spoke to me", Kevin was able to communicate priorities and urgency when needed. He helped keep me on track, giving me encouragement when things weren't completely smooth, and letting me know next steps when things needed to be done. He patiently and expertly answered all of my questions, even ones that were potentially "dumb questions"! All in all, working with Kevin was a very good experience for me. While I hope to NOT buy another house, I will definitely recommend him to anyone that wants a realtor that puts in the work!
