Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful and it was always available when needed to ask questions. He's spent many long evenings looking at many houses that we're in our price range due to the fact that we were on a time crunch to be out of one house and into another so it was like 5 days in a row I think late evenings looking at houses he was very patient with us. Also he sold my sister's house and he did it in the perfect way where he had an open house for 3 days and then had offers come in by 5:00 Sunday evening and my sister's house sold in 3 days. Would highly recommend he also helped my daughter sell and buy her house in Saskatoon that's how we found out about him.
