I contacted Kevin to help me sell a vacant lot I had, simply because he was selling other lots near by. Kevin was extremely helpful from first contact to closing. I had no experience doing this before and Kevin was very helpful making sure I understood every step. He was very responsive and kept communication open the whole time.
