We have sold and purchased two homes, and Kevin Dol was the best realtor of the four that we have used over the years. He was available to us at 11 o’clock at night and 7 AM in the morning if we needed him. He answered every text and phone call that we sent him. Kevin gave us feedback after every showing so that we had a better understanding of why the purchasers did not purchase our house. Which gave us an insight to what we needed to change. Kevin was always positive, telling us what was happening in the market, giving us positive feedback, making us feel at ease. When our home wasn’t selling as quickly as we hoped, Kevin came over in person and sat with us to discuss what might be a better pricing for the market and gave us options.
