Kevin is an incredible realtor. Our buying situation changed alot during our search for a new home including where we were searching. He took time to come all the way to Grand Forks with us to try and find our new home although we finally settled in Vernon. He searched and researched for a home that would work for our situation and he really listened to what my husband and I were looking for. He was very patient and cared most about finding what we needed rather than for a quick buy.
